This workshop is a proactive approach to stress management, looking at the physical, behavioural and emotional signs and symptoms, the science and importance of stress and how we can deal with our stress sooner rather than later.

Constantly being switched on to the outside is neither beneficial for our body or our minds. With very little head space and the pressures of modern life, our use of technology can make our health worse! We discover ways in which we can utilise our devices to the optimum, whilst still maintaining a positive balance between real life and the virtual world.

Change is difficult to deal with. It requires conscious attention, when many of us already feel overworked and feel we have to much to deal with. The workshop is designed to give you the tools to adapt to change, whilst recognising how your thought process contribute to positive response to change.

The Wellbeing Champion training course is one of few recognised CPD UK accredited courses, designed to support businesses with their health and wellbeing agenda from the inside. This course is interactive and impactful, allowing candidates time to produce action plans for their respective workplaces.

Supporting managers to deal with productivity, performance and wellbeing issues in their teams. This programme helps leaders to thrive in their leadership role. The programme is delivered by an ILM Level 5 mentor and leadership coach.
