WorkSmart originated from an idea from our founder, based in Lancashire, who realised that businesses could be so much more profitable if they looked after their number 1 asset: their people. We wanted to take the difficulty out of managing staff health and wellbeing by helping organisations empower their staff and creating initiatives that develop a positive wellbeing culture.
Our team provide a wide variety of corporate health and wellbeing services for businesses who are experiencing a high turnover in staff or have noticed that their employee’s productivity has declined.
